If we keep you waiting more than 10 minutes on the 11th minute the service is free of charge regardless of the service.

• Individual appointment hours at your convenience.

• If your appointment is scheduled during your lunch or dinner hour we will happily make arrangements for you to enjoy specially ordered snacks during your services. We would need to know at the time you book your appointment.

• Licensed State & City Cosmetologist, Barber Stylist and Massage Therapists are available to YOU. Our professionals attend the latest styling seminars in the beauty culture field.

Cancellation / Late Arrivals

• If you need to cancel please call 4 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations and no shows with less than four hours' notice are charged.
• If you’re running late a phone call is appreciated. We will cheerfully try to reschedule your appointment. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment time, your service will begin as previously scheduled.
• Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment. Your appointment will end as scheduled so the next client’s services may begin promptly.
